My Story
I'm a Developer Relations leader with over 10 years of experience building communities, creating educational content, and empowering developers to solve complex problems. Currently, I lead developer advocacy projects and initiatives at Datadog, where I focus on observability, AI tools, and helping teams build more reliable systems.
My journey in tech began with a passion for solving real-world problems with human empathy and a little bit of technology when needed. This evolved into a career spanning IT operations, system adminstration, technical support, developer relations, community building, technical writing, project mangaement, conference organizing and so much more. I've had the privilege of working with organizations like Datadog, VictorOps, and various startups, helping shape modern DevOps and SRE practices.
Beyond my day job, I'm a published author with 6 books and reports on DevOps, SRE, and ChatOps published by O'Reilly Media and Wiley. I also host the Community Pulse podcast, which has reached 100+ episodes over 10 years, exploring the evolution of the tech industry through conversations with industry leaders.
