  • Crazy Uncles” are often times the most sane and genuine people you encounter.
  • Simple computer updates almost always cause more problems then if you would have just left well enough alone.
  • Admitting a mistake is easier than correcting one.
  • There is no IM smiley that can correctly convey accurate emotion.
  • Honest, open, and engaging dialogue should be cherished and sought after, but it’s incomplete without a hug or handshake when it’s over.
  • I miss playing music and performing… but not the lifestyle.
  • I love my friends.
  • Being told that you are “glowing” is a comment I never thought I’d hear… and appreciate. Am I pregnant?
  • Rest area quickies are anything but.
  • It’s amazing how a storm can have a different impact and meaning to a person depending on their point of view. I always enjoy watching a good storm… in good company… in good conversation. To others… it’s terrifying!
  • I like that my semi-celebrity status in Indianapolis is no more. Sometimes its better not to be known .

  • Lessons from a zit: Build up and anticipation can end in let down and embarrassment, but honestly, you knew that going in.
  • A child’s mind is priceless and you should encourage their interests. You never know what hidden talents you’ll find.
  • You can’t fix people. Help them fix themselves by NOT being there for them instead. Does this sound right? I guess I’ll try it. Maybe I’ve had it backwards.
