Happy Thursday!

Each week, hundreds of people participate in the weekly (themed) Cruiser Ride, put on by the Boulder Cruzer Club. The themes change each week, as does the route. The silliness and smiles… don’t!

This week’s theme was “Pretty in Pink”. However, most participants chose to wear as much pink as possible… rather than dress like one of the movie characters. In fact, I think I may have been the only one.

This was the first ride of the season that I’ve been able to attend, and already the crowd has grown quite large. Mostly college kids enjoying their summer break, but that’s fine by me. I wish I was so lucky to have a summer vacation.
Next week is (of course) a very patriotic “4th of July” theme, and I expect the participants to be even larger and rowdier!
